Most of our nannies are experience more than five years in the field of childcare while others experience even ten, fifteen or twenty years (such as Asty). Also most costumers unsure at the beginning however when they knew us, I guarantee they will love us, will use us again and again and even wanted to take us back home.

Yes! All our nannies vaccinated, has first aid training and we guarantee that all of us had never done any of criminal matters. Our nannies are loving children and we are moms too. Our nanny are interviewed and handpicked by ourselves. Indie will make sure that she knew where they came from, live and families also keep their ID.

As soon as you have accommodation detail it’s better to fill up the booking form and send it to us. We need at least arrival detail, time for the nanny to stand by at the first day as well as end of stay. So we can provide one nanny for the whole stay. We don’t guarantee to send the same nanny if you are not sure with your planning. For the following schedule can work directly with the nanny and talk about their availability. You may have the best of the best if you confirm earlier!

For older children we bring some activities, crafts, card games, take them for a walk, “swimming” if the parents give nannies permission etc.We will place differently either girls activities or boys activities which suit them, that’s why we need the costumers to inform us in advance, number of the children’s ages and gender. As a note: we also provide meal upon request because sometimes there is no staff in the villa.

The nannies become as a second Mom in Bali. So they will provide all the babies/toddler needs. Starts from changing nappies, clean bottles, preparing meals, putting to beds, playing etc etc etc. As reminder we also bring suitable toys for the babies and toddler.

Our nannies are very flexible. They come for travelling or stay in the hotel or villa with the children. They also can accompany the children to go to any Kids Club ( Pee Ka Boo,  The Garden Early Learning, The Joglo etc) even taking the children have meal out at nearby restaurants if the parents wish so!

The nannies can care maximum of two children for one family. Some of the nanny can care three or four children (not all nannies) however there should be above of 4 or 5 years above or depending on children confidences. We don’t suggest if two families use one nanny during the day to avoid any uncomfortable stressed. I am (Indie) has uncomfortable with it in the previous time.

The minimum hours are four or five hours depending on the area. Further areas than Denpasar may apply five hours minimum. The maximum of daily service is ten hours. More than 10 hours we apply extra charge amount IDR100.000 per hour. Or the customers can choose live in service.

The nanny may have their own room or share with the baby or the children. Three times meal and breaks during mealtime. Also the host family may provide the refreshment.
